The point of a 4/8 is to be lower than a 4/6, When I ditched my bumper and spare tire in favor of a rollpan my truck wasn't quite level so I put my 2" shackles back on and ran a 4/8 for months and loved it.

yes I had a 2' shackle on it before the drop and just left it on there but I kept bottoming a lot so I took them off, I may put a 1' on the passenger side to try and get it level, and no those are not stock tires

I have a 3/3 but I'm pretty sure the SS is a little lower than a regular 4x4 to start with.

hey badblackSS what brand drop do you have? and what wheels. that yellow beast sets real sweet that is just the look i am going for

Im not sure man! all i know that it got done at a dealership in California it looks to me that they cut the springs and heated the leaf springs also the ride is awsome tough but im not sure if it is a Drop Kit or not. ill let you know
