need help with back spacing?!?!?

im looking at 18x9 wheels and the have a -12 back spacing or a +18 which ones shoul di get i want to try and put a 305 45 on the rear and dont want them to stick out past the edge of the truck

I was looking to buy black helo maxx 6 wheels. I would have to get a pic later shopping at Sears right now lol
