I've been searching for this wheel for a while, but can't figure out the brand. All I know is they are 24" and chrome.

 

There was a post on those wheels back when we were still on LS1tech. I tried searching for the thread, but I just can't remember when or where it is now. Sorry man.

 

I remember the guy said he bought them cheap. They were chrome like you said, then had them painted. That picture was taken at the Thunder Shootout I believe. You might find it in last years Thunder Shootout threads.
