Default My Hidden Hitch Installation w/ roll pan (Thanks SmokinRice)

Well, thanks to SmokinRicewho gave me the website links and basically held my **** while I pissed, I got the right trailer hitch for use with my Sir Mike's roll pan.

Now, I know my roll pan looks like **** with all the gaps on the sides ... I bought the truck this way and am fixing all the little things. I'll get it welded ASAP!

99% of buying this truck was to tow my race cars to the track, so even if the truck looks *****, it must also be a functional towing vehicle!

I used a Hidden Hitch that I bought at JC Whitney for $124.99. On purchases over $125, there is a discount code you can use to get free shipping!! That totally helped out since this goddamn hitch is heavy!!

Anyways, as usual, this thread is USELESS without pics, so here's my hitch, and my ghetto-stance truck rofl (DJM 4/6 kit in the mail):

still got the ghetto-fab 17's the truck came with (took my Billet's to the coating place yesterday):

just got my tint done:

my 5 liters tucked away in the garage ...

Looks cool! Do you plan on welding that pan in later?

Also, do you only have a DJM 2/4 drop? Just curious because your drop in front looks MUCH lower than my Hotchkis drop does.

I bought the truck from an older guy, and found receipts for a DJM 2/4.

I know the back does not have a c-notch, so I really don't know what to think???

I have an entire 4/6 kit coming to my house, I might just swap everything just to make sure I have a true 4/6 kit. Then again ... maybe i'll start with the rear and see how it looks!

I know for sure there are DJM control arms in front with stock springs. I looked under the car and can see that clearly.

that'd be a 3/4 or 4/4 drop. Chances are he changed out the fronts after buying the originals or cut a bit of the coil off

You mean my truck with 18's, Scream never had 18's. Well, he did for a week when we swapped wheels. That was kinda weird seeing the wheels swapped, took some poeple a while to notice. Glad I was able to help ya out. Did you get a flip down tag too?

Yea ... sorry, still getting to know the guys on the board!

I didn't get the flip-down kit. The kit was $30 through Sir Mike's and my license plate is only held on by 2 screws, I couldn't justify that. The rare times that I tow, I'll pop the license plate off. Hopefully no one thinks this is ghetto! lol
