Default My 86 351w ranger

This is my truck, i painted it myself, a couple years of work and this is how it turned out, hope you like.


Here's the list of mods:
Block: 351 Windsor .040 over w/Main Girdle, internally balanced,
clevite bearings, melling oil pump, Mahle 11.00-1 CR forged pistons
SBC .040 over 1.550 comp height, w/Mahle plasma moly rings
Eagle Crank 4340 for 6.200 rod w/Chevy journal, 4340 stock stroke,
Eagle Rods 4340 h-beam 6.200 length Chevy journals and floating pins.
Cam and lifters : Comp cams extreme energy .544 lift, Pushrods: Comp hi-energy
Rocker arms: Cat SS full roler 1.6 ratio
Edelbrock performer RPM AL. heads 1.94/1.60 valves
w/full port and polish,APR head bolts,Mr. Gasket silicor headgasket,
Edelbrock performer RPM single plane intake. Felpro Intake gasket,
Carb: Holly double pumper 800 cfm w/Pro form center body,
k&N w/X/Stream lid air filter, Dual Holley Blue fuel pumps
Ignition: MSD 6AL w/rev limiter
MSD pro billet distributor, MSD Blaster coil,
Double roller Ford Motorsport timing chain:
Hedders: Headman super comp 1.625
Torque Converter: TCI Super Street 3800-4000 stall
w/anti-balooning plate,TCI flywheel,Ultra Seal flywheel bolts,
c6 3 spd w/extra clutch packs in 2nd 3rd,8.8 rear end w/3:73 gears,
Edelbrock Performer RPM adj nitrous kit. 100-250 hp (175 jets in now)

Not to shabby (for a Ford) Got any track times and pics of the engine? That looks like one hell of a sleeper, especially if you kept the exhaust quiet.

im not that much of a ford guy either, but it has sentimental value to me, im also making a custom grill as we speak, i don't really like the stock one, lol
