Default Made some major changes... here's a teaser idle clip

I made some major changes to the red truck this fall.

Traded the turbo kit for a 2.9 whipple because I'm a glutton for punishment and love PD blowers. Needed to do some work to the 4.8 so I swapped on 799 heads while I was at it and went with a pretty large cam (226/240 112.5+4.5 .587"/.578")

Sounds like it means business... should have the power to back it up too. I will run nearly 20PSI and spin it up nice and high. The Valvetrain will support almost anything I can throw at it. I have Johnson linkbar lifters with a nice set of Manton pushrods that not only have a heavier gauge wall, but are 11/32nd thick. I went with PAC 1207x springs.

Unfortunately snow is flying here in Boston so there will be very few joy rides if any until spring.

Thanks guys! The jury is out on how fast it will actually be... but I'll have fun with it regardless!

Fingers crossed I will be in the 10's. And as every woman can attest - the deeper the better.

I have found this not to be true.

On another note, I saw that idle clip on one of the Instagrams
