Lowering the bumper on a 99?
I got the parts I need to do a HD conversion on my 99
silverado(hood,bumper cap,grill shell) and i know that I need to lower the bumper
but i have no idea how to..can anyone let me know exactly how its done? or a
link to a thread about already explaining the process...
