lower control arms vrs. lowering springs

um well springs is the cheapest way. loke mack said though. i have lca's because i wanted to retain factory ride. aslo when ever you break the front end apart get it aligned. so it depends what you want from the drop. springs=more agressive little stiffer prob.

If you are doing the job youself, springs will be a lot easier since you will not have to mess with the balljoints. But is like the others have said, it all depends on what kind of ride you want. IMO, the hotchkis springs are perfect for the front of the trucks, just the rear is a little stiff. With all the weight in the front of the trucks, a little stiffer spring will actually help out the ride.
