Question Looking for some opinion feedback

Stock 16 inch aluminum alloy wheels powder coated black. 300 to get it done but i can't decide if it would look good or just odd. I have a black 99 Silverado and i have been trying to black every thing out. Also has any one used nightshades on their tail lights? i tried and failed.

Paint the tails...much better result and it doesn't have the plastic look. And I think blacking out a truck is trickier than people think, but I'd say go for it. I'm trying to do the same with mine only thing is my truck isn't black so I'm wondering if I should color match the rims or paint them black. Do it!

Ha! I've thought about powder coating my stock 16's too. Personally, I would rather have mine dark grey instead of black. I think it would look good!! If I were you, I would simply get a set of '03+ Silverado taillights. They look better than the '99-'02 tails, IMO, and you won't get any attention from the cops.

that nightshades stuff is crap. It dries flat and looks like crap. I wouldn't do it again.
