Default Light question

Anyone know how to do this? My friend has an 03 silverado and we're wondering if there's a way to leave the low beams and fogs when you change to high beam? How to have all the lights on low, highs, fogs????

There is a junction or harness connector under the steering column. You only have to use 2 12V diodes to do it. I did it to mine and it works flawlessly. Do a search for headlight mid or something like that to find the exact instructions.
