My roll pan came with a light housing...wonder why your didnt? Just get a flat internal housing and cut a hole on the top of the liscense plate area and put it in there and it will shine down onto the plate

On my 99 I had a billet license plate frame with a bowtie on it. The bowtie had the lights under it. You should be able to get it at O'reilly's in Roma or try Autozone in Rio Grande City.

You can get the light and hardware kit directly from Sir Mikes for there roll pans cheap. Like twanky said, cut a hole on top and mount it.

I went to Autozone and bought one of the ricer side marker kits for $9. I took off the lens and mounted the bulb shining downwards. Works great. I have an extra one if you want it for free. Just pay for shipping. I'm in Cedar Park (austin area) tx
