i think it has to do with when opening the door your opening it to traffic and etc. its easier to squeeze out the back of hte door when it opens normal then it woudl be facing forward

also ever think what if you roll that truck over? seen a pic where a lambo rolled and the ppl inside died in the fire cause once on top of its roof there isnt a way to get out
