Angry I've Had Enough!

I've been through 2 pairs of clear corner lenses so far.
The first was an APC type brand, the drivers side turned yellow on me after about 6 months

the second i took off today because in all the rain we've been getting, i've discovered that they dont have a good seal. I noticed this when my drl's went out and about 1 inch of water was inside them. I got these from procarparts.com.

I'm tired of fighting with clear corner lenses, because evidently there are few companies that make a quality product.

Back to stocks i guess, what do you guys think?

I know what you mean. The water getting trapped inside happened to me too. I just drilled 2 small holes on the bottom of the clear corner to let the water out. That worked out perfectly, no more water inside

You can solve that problem by applying silicon to the lenses prior to putting em on. Just put a thick bead between the two pieces of the lense and problem solved.

I got mine too from PCP. Awesome looking and cheap!

This is what I had done to them to prevent the water problem.

The ones I got form In-Pro Car Wear has held up fine. Only issue I had was from some high wattage bulbs I used turned part of the lens slightly milky right in front of the bulb. Other than that, no yellowing, or leaking. Generally the stuff from IPCW holds up really well.

APC is definately teh sux!

I even put silicone around mine (i think theyre pro car parts) and the left one still gets foggy inside after I drive in the rain. I'll be going back to stock after I get my denali projectors, I've had it with cheap aftermarket $H!+. Starting to think the reflectors look better anyways, more of a oem/quality look IMO.
