I know the wheel and tire setup doesnt fit everyones style but its my vision and i love it. I cant wait to start and finish the narrowed rear next month. Im also slowly putting together a lq9 6.0 block with 10:5:1 compression etc etc. But all good things come with time. Just want to run this year. Video will be present and updates. Sorry again i really wasnt tying to claim 11 sections and im not gonna stand here and act like as *******.. Im not that guy. haha.
Thanks for the comments guys.
I like the wheel/tire choice. It's your truck bro so noone elses opinions really matter ya know but when you post up on a forum like this be ready for all kinds of opinions, good and bad. I think 11's are very realistic for you. Good
luck with everything. Again, sick truck!

How tall was his rear tire? 29-31"?

I have a set of 4.11 gears, but i just went from a 32" tall tire to a 28" tall tire which is really small for our trucks height wise, so i figured that might take my 3.73 gearing down alot. I havent done the actual math or calculations. Yet. Just want to run it didnt think i was out of line hoping for high 11s. but every setup and truck is different i guess we will see.

Im newer to this forum but not truck forums in general. I understand making a claim like i did was asking for a verbal jousting, im only going off what i have seen from similar setups and details and what i know. Heck i dont know what the hell its gonna run low 12s will make me happy. Its not really about the times it is about the fun. But i would hope to reach 11s at some point with tweeking the setup i have now, ive seen alot of trucks run 11s with less here and more there if that makes sence, Ive been haning out on the RGV forum too much. haha

I would have to agree, also when comparing times to rgv trucks you have to account elevation. Just a quick glance looks like their is around a 1400' difference in area tracks, i think that might rain on your parade a little more than you think..

Most likely 26-28.

Ideally you want to be able to run out 3rd just as your going through the traps.

I dont know what you are going to spin it to but..

With 3.73s and a 28" tire, if you wanted to spin it to around 6400rpm you could trap 140mph. Which you wont do with your mods.

You could easily go down to a 4.56 with that tire. That would let you trap 115 at 6400.
