I cam promise you that the method I explained will completely eliminate the smell. Especialy in his case. With a full interior you obviously need to vacuum the carpet and seats clean the windows but the majority of smell comes from the vents.

None of us in the class(training to get a raise) believed it, but, all of our cars from well freshened (mine and a few others) to dirty and smoky benefited and compleatly eliminated any odors and did so perminatly.
