IMO, I would do all the handles, paint the whole mirror and put chrome caps on, and get a Truck Masters tailgate cap. You can get the tailgate cap at Stylin' for under $50 and they look similar to your stock one, just smooth. I had one on my Sierra and loved it. That's half the price of an SS one.
