does anybody know how to remove the lense? i just got some 03 lights and they have a leak somewhere and the inside of them look like i just want to clean them out good before i smoke them, i was thinking a heat gun. also what kind of glue would be the best for putting them back on? epoxy?

 

Prolly plastic epoxy for the re-assembly, Home Depot sells a plastic epoxy that I repaired a tail light with, its held up for two years now just fine.

 

Ive never taken apart a tail light but on my fog light I put it in the oven at about 300 for a few minutes. Just enough to loosen the glue up. Then I pryed the lens off. I used black RTV sealant to put it back together. Worked great

 

i think im going to try a heat gun first, and if that dont work throw them in the oven!
