Default how to remove pin stripe??

what is the best way to get off the glue or whatever is on the back side of pin stripes... i tried using goo gone but that stuff is a b&$CH... would love for any help bc it looks like i *** since i pulled them off and still have the gluey stuff on it....

ive always just used wax and a rag instead of one of those applicator pads, takes a little work

If it's the sticker kind use a heat gun or hair dryer to make it elastic, larger sections will pull of a lot easier. Then wipe with WD40, wash and wax, done.

ive still gotten some of that stuff on my truck and ive tried everything and it still wont come off

Yep thats what i used. Just make sure you give it a good wash to get all the WD off..

used the wd40 then a wash fallowed by a clay bar and wax to the whole truck worked but was still a b!t(H.... thanks for the tip

go to a body shop and pick up a decal remover.. they are usually under 20 dollars.. it looks like a giant eraser.. you mount it on a die frinder or drill and it won't harm the paint.. my body guy pulled mine off with one in about ehh. 15 mins..

Just go to CarQuest or Tasco and get 3M Adhesive Remover. Its in a Red & White tin can. I would know this bc I own a body shop. The chemical is clear coat friendly also!
