p.s. i cut the zip tie in the top corner of the grill and you can no loger see any of them

What kind of material is that? Looks like material used on a storm door. But it looks OK. Got any pics with the valance on the truck with the material?

a cheap aluminum mesh, which is sold as a grill insert on ebay is gutter guard from Fleet Farm...a buck for a 4 foot section, and its aluminum so it wont rust.
