Default Hidden Hitch with OEM bumper

I searched and only found one person that asked and didnt get any replies so ill give it a try. i was wondering if anybody has put a hidden hitch on with the OEM bumper? the only things i see i would have to do is either modify the reciever or make a new one that would hang out past the bumper. i would also have to take the plate completly off when i tow anything because of the way the plate sits down into the bumper i wouldnt be able to fold it down. if anybody has done this pics would be great or any input anybody else may have would be great also. THANKS!!

When I checked into doing a hidden hitch and bumper a while back I found the problem is where the receiver sits in relation to the middle step. I think you would have to drop it down or remove it to get it to work. I replaced my factory one with an aftermarket hitch that mounts directly below the bumper, the factory one that sits 2-3 inches lower than the bumper. Check out KySilverado's hitch and pan install and it may shed some light on the receiver location.
