HID kit in OEM Denali housings???

HIDs wont work really good with projectors just my $0.2

HIDs need projectors to work well. Otherwise you cannot control the beam pattern.

I said that since I have them on my truck 6k hids and there not what I really expected.

I have 6Ks in mine and they are outstanding. Same with 2 other buddies but they have 8K. Its like a wall of light at least a football field length. I dont see how some of you on here are having shitting luck with your projectors and HIDs it doesnt make sense.

I have 4200k HID in my denali and they are amazingly bright. I paired that with HIR(not HID) bulb high beams and when I turn the hi beams on my lows and fogs come on... talk about daylight!

hid's belong in projectors. the 9005's work great in the denali headlamps. i will never go back to halogen bulbs.

I have 6000k HID's in mine, and I ditched my projectors to put them in the stock housings. Soon I'll get clear euro headlights but for now I like them. I'll tell you what though, I will never go back to stock halogens in any other vehicle I'll ever own again. These really do help around the deer infested area I'm in.
