Xenarcs! I didnt get Xenarcs. I bought a brand new HID kit from a buddy really cheap, $100 bucks cheap, so I couldnt pass it up. Its got Osram bulbs and Hella ballasts! Otherwise I would have saved for the Xenarcs.

No, but the GMC Yukon Denalis have projector headlamps which are a perfect candidate for an HID set up.

As long as the ballasts, bulbs, etc. are made by Hella, Osram/Sylvania then you're cool. Ebay is a haven for crappy/fake HID kits, make sure you know exactly what you're buying.
There is a sponsor on here that sells true HID kits, I would check them out
Here's the GP thread they had awhile back,

I wouldnt go on Ebay for something like that anyway. Yeah you can get a great deal, but like you said there's tons of fake stuff so screw that.

I'll have to check that out, thanks Chingon

Just make dam sure you get good bulbs and ballasts. None of them kits off eBay with external ignitors etc. Those kits are A-1 CRAP!!!

I am sure most of you guys probably already know this, but as an HID bulb gets older it will actually start to lose its illumination power. What i mean is if you start of with a set of 4300K bulbs, as the get older they will become more blue, drifting higher up the Kelvin scale. Thats why is is good to start out with around 4300K, because if you start out already around a 7000 to 8000K or more, you will end up losing all your illumination power, which will end up looking like a haze of blueish purple. This will make it more diffucult to see rather than brighter and easier to see.
