Actually I think triplets. I remember another indigo blue stepside and I believe he had some stingray wheels too. Also, 1truess, its a fleetside and has 18s, but almost identical in every other way.

i think on a torsion bar front end like yours the truck is supposed to be resting on the bumpstops at least according to what ive read.

 

You can get some bump stops at your local Auto Zone they are made by energy suspension they have diffrent bump points and you can trim them to the right size you need they only run you like 10 bucks or so I use them all the time it will take care of the problem and if you remove the stock ones the way it is now it will only drop you like a 1/2" so you would be ok but you should try those from auto zone

 

Thats not a torsion bar suspension its got a coil spring from what I can see
