Never been in a wreck or repainted... just alot of dirt...
yea its a 2wd but we use to go play in the pastures and such so it use to get covered in mud and grass....
Thats before i wanted to go fast.....

Looks like ill be goin to get Mothers Gold Clay Bar today and see what happens..

I washed and waxed the truck Friday for 3 hours and now you cant even tell it... Stupid rain.

I would say a good polishing compound would get most followed up by the clay bar....

I have the same problem when i took mine off - problem is I bought the truck with 112 miles on it, never had any work done to the pass side and it looked like someone painted right around the moldings... Ill take some pics and post tomorrow....

Go with the least aggressive approach first and then go from there. A clay bar should be able to get rid of most of that.

#9 is a polish. I used it on my 95 when it had water hard water spots on it. WOrked wonders. Almost gauranteeing that will do it.

So are you concerned about the paint under the badges being a slightly different shade or just the stain lefy by the badges? Some goo gone and a clay bar will get rid of all the adhesive and crap left by the badges.
