id did the same except i have a rc and i took out the stock jack and lugwrench and cover. i just took a hammer and beat them down out the bottom. then i put a piece of duct tape on the under side of the floorpan, crawl under the truck to do this. then i siliconed the holes up. i plan on recarpeting my truck later on and then i will weld the holes up after i take the carpet out, didnt feel like catching my truck on fire at the time

Alright....maybe ill have to make a stand or use some thick mdf to cover the bolts and raise it up high enough so everythings flat for the speakers.....or i guess i could just smash them out....if it comes down to needing a backseat i could always put new bolts in.

Well....they dont beat out....atleast not on this truck. Beat the living hell out of some of them with a huge hammer and all it did was bend the floor a bit i think...woops.
