Default Heated Mirrors

Does anyone know if you can add GM Heated Power Mirrors to a truck that only has Power. I thought I read on a site that the wiring is already in the harness, all you have to do is change the Temperature Control Module on the dash and plug in the relay under the hood.

streetinspiredkustoms.com has them, also jpcustoms.com but they are kinda pricy and thier customer service has been off alot latley. I would check out ebay first bro.
