Default H2 wheels on a 04 3/4 ton

With the 315/70/17 off of the new H2's, what would need to be done to make these fit on a 4x4 04 3/4 ton chevy? Could I raise up the front enough without a lift to get this combo to fit?

Default Lift

You will need a body lift, key waves in the front and a 2 inch block in the rear to be able to clear those tires. I am running the same size on my H.D. If you need any other advice, please let me know, I own my own off-road shop.

Default Lift

Well my H.D. did have about 20" of lift and 44's on it but I just took it all of the suspension off and left the body lift, key waves, and blocks to run 35's on it because I am about to sell it. I don't have any pictures of it lowered back down yet, all I have are pictures of it on 40's and then 44's.

Some guys are running them with just a tbar crank and say the do not rub....kinda hard to believe...I'm running a 3" bl with keys and a 2.5 inch block...no rubbing issues at all.
