the tranny shim comes with the kit?

I have never heard of a tranny shim but thought about trying it because of the angle of the drive shaft with the center bearing kit. Anyone know what the thickness of the shim may be or more info on it.

ya.. i still havent found anything on this yet... have other 2/4 drop guys w/ ext cabs needed this?

The Hotchkis kit for ext cabs comes with shims on the leaves already, also should be a tranny shim and a carrier bearing relocator.

Should be, not 100% on that thought. I bought my kit used and had to order the tranny shim and relocator.

Where did you get the tranny shim from? I cannot find anything on a tranny shim.

Don't think the DJM needs one, it comes with the Hotchkis kit.
