Hey 1slow, Do you have a picture on the whole truck with them on? I want to put some escalade handles on but I still have my black side mouldings on. Mines pewter.

Ex Ill get you a pick tomorrow I only use the computer at work and Ill have to take some when I get home. It looks damn good trust me man.

Hey 8.1HD did you have to take the rivets out to put that cap on?

Searching4sierra I dont believe anyone makes one for your truck that is the ss style.

Well guys since it's a HD my original cap was similar to a GMC one...just smooth black, no screws, but did have the holes, but no rivnuts/nutserts in the tailgate...the best thing to do is test fit it before you stick it on..there may be enough of a lip to clear them.

Thanks guess Im just going to have to wait till I get it from Fogle04 and try it then I was hoping I wouldnt have to take the rivets out cause that looks like its going to be a PITA. Nice truck BTW good color. How much did the paint job run ya? You can pm me if you want. I really like the flame job.

The SS cap does clear the rivets but they leave bumps on the outside.

What do you mean leave bumps on the outside? Where the rivets are under the plastic it leaves high spots?
