I bought a truck recently and have come to realize I cant stand the scratches and dents that were put in it by the previous owner. I want to get it painted the same color (white) and have some minor body work done to a few areas. I have never done this before so I thought I would get some suggestions on how much it might cost before I take it somewhere. The places that need paint are basicaly everything below the windows minus the hood. Thanks a lot guys in advance.

 

to paint the whole truck would ran you about $3500 or more

i had the exact same thing you want done on my truck.... everything but the hood was looking really weathered... i brought it in to get wet sanded, got all my dents filled and painted and it looked like new again.... it cost me $500 but i worked at a dealer at the time and a guy from the body shop did it on the side

 

A buddy of mine got quoted $2000 to repaint a black RCSB. No door jams or under the hood. just a doors closed job.

 

no you don't, i did it for 3 years it get old after a while.
