I'm looking for a glove box lock for my 02 2500HD Silverado....

Dealer says, they don't make one...

Local custom truck shop says, no one makes a lock....

Does anyone know if a lock will swap off a different year/make/model....

just drill a hole in your glovebox, and slap on a drawer lock.

 

first off, why? hiding something?...lol j/k. second of all try other GM vehicles, odds are you will find a locking glove box handle that you can replace your stock with (fabrication needed of course) who knows you might be able to create the next trendy mod, like the autometer gauge in the stock cluster someone on here did.
