When I bought my first center console, it didn't come with the bracket either, and I couldn't find one anywhere. When I went to the dealer to order it, it was only available with the rear console section

Luckily, it actually wasn't that expensive at the time (about $110 IIRC), and I was able to sell the console I had without the bracket (I disclosed to the buyer that the bracket was missing and not easy to find). I ended up evening out. (this was on my 99 which has a different console than the 03+)
