Default Foggy Taillights

I have an 08 Sierra Denali and everytime I wash it or if it is cold outside and warms up the taillights fog up real bad. Does anyone know how to prevent this or do I need new taillights? Would that be covered under warranty?
Thanks guys

sounds like they are leaking. make sure there isnt a small crack or anything first and then take it to a dealership, not sure they would do anything but they might?
