I haven't been to the track yet or the illegals. I've just been enjoying it, before I start to do the mods. The truck is great. Its run very well. I guess you could say that I'm being conservative. Even since I broke GMC, I've been taking it easy. Have you talked to Gill lately? If you do, let him know I might be bringing my truck to him, to do a super tune. Or I was thinking about using Nelson's.

 

Idk about gil anymore. He totally ripped me off. And he didnt do a 2 bar tune. He just used the PE table i believe to fatten it up according to throttle. It's still running a little too rich for my liking so i plan on doing hte autotune of EFILive. One option for you would be to get a dyno tune from Nelson or W4Me if they're not too far (no idea where theyre at). Anyway, glad to hear that you like it. Why dont we go out to the track sometime before theyre done w/ midnight mayhem and run em? just to get a baseline on urs. And if u wanna run on a dyno, i know a guy.

 

Sounds good!! They are having the jet cars and some nitro burners this weekend, I might go. I never raced a blown sierra yet, but I'm willing to try. Whats the worst that can happen, lose? I'll just turn a few screws and get about 200 more HP before we do. LOL I didn't like it when I went to him anyway. He charges to much for a tune, and he leaned my old truck out way......... to much. It was ping'n like a mo fo, until I took back to him. He said that he put a winter tune on it. Its such a long *** drive out to him and the track, thats why I would rather go with Nelson. You still got my number?
