Default Fixing paint chips

Does anyone sell any kind of kit that is good to fix small chips in the paint from like rocks?

Or should I just get some touch up paint and wet sand it down, clear coat and wet sand it again?

Sorry not real good with body work but I don't want it to look like crap when you just put a blob of touch up paint on.
