I wish I'd have gone with the 6k...mine are a tad "yellower" than I wanted.

The sellers id is orangemika...very fast shipping! Just make sure you put what size and color bulbs you want in the payment instructions.

On a side note, i took the truck out tonite behind my house, and tbey arent quite as bright as i expected? The only thing i did different was plug the factory wiring into the ballast upside down because most guys dont work unless they do this. Could having this upside down cause them to be dimmer? Maybe its because I didnt have a side-by-side compare or that there was alot of yard lights back there. I'll try to get it out on the road tommorrow night and see how it looks.

If the connector was "upside down" it would not of worked at all, trust me on that I have done the same thing with mine.

I love my HID's I have them for low's, high's and fog's.

my guess would be since you put them in a projector housing, hids seem a little bit brighter when put into halogen purpose housings, but then have spotty light output when compared to projectors, sort of a trade off. yes i would agree with taking another non hid car for comparison next to yours in a dark spot and you should see the difference, nice smooth clear cutoff light pattern that the projector housings have.
also seems like hids take around 30sec-min to warm up(this time of yr when cold) to full light output, atleast mine do, so take that into account if you just checked them real quick..
