Sorry for the crappy pics they were taken with my phone. I was on the freeway and big piece of I dont know what the hell hit my truck. It made a couple nice slices on the hood, shattered the windshield, thrashed the antenna, and scuffed the top sides of the doors and cab. F#(&%@!!!!!!!!

 

Damn man that really sucks! That kind of road debris could have killed

 

did it bounce of the road or fall off a bridge? how did it get that high on your truck?

that its some **** right there, no tellin how much that will set you back and on a NNBS no less!

There were two other trucks ahead of me, another silverado to the left carrying from what I saw a screen door among other things and another in front of me pulling a small cargo trailer. They were quite a ways ahead and when I reached for the radio i heard a nasty *** noise. looks like it bounced off the hood and then hit the windshield/cab horizontaly flat. Body shop estimate is $3k, cant reach the piece of **** insurance company til tomorrow morning.

 

Aw, man.... That sucks.... Lucky you weren't hurt though!

What city did this happen in? Sorry to hear about that crap. Hopefully your deductible isn't too high!

 

This was on highway 4 in concord, ca. My deductible is 500...I just ordered my Centerlines last week too, guess that'll have to be put on hold for a while. Almost makes me want to leave it as is.

 

that definitely sucks. Some punks keep putting 2x4's on a bend on highway 81 north of kingfisher. the other day there was a couple 4x4's that someone had already moved off the road. Whoever keeps doing it will lay them in the middle of the bend right where you should hit em. as far as i know no one has hit them yet.
I'd sure like to catch the people that's doin it. that ****'s dangerous.
