Used thr duplicolor rattle can to match my truck along with clear, underneath that is adhesion promoter and a few coats of primer.
Forgive the colors, hard to take a picture and get the true color with the flash.

THis is all per Fogle's recommendations (don't want to take all teh credit). sand with 320, then adhesion promoter, I then laid down filler primer, wetsanding with 800 after the 2nd coat, then laying 2 more down, 2-3 coats of color, wetsand 1000, then 2 more coats, then three coats of clear. To me the last wetsand after the last coat of clear is what get's it smooth. wetsand with 1500. You'll be able to tell when you have it smooth. then a lot of polishing. It's a slow process to do it right, but defenitely worth it.
