Nope, you have to cut them up to fit. The passenger side goes in fairly easy, but the drivers side has to be cut and fit a good many times before it looks right. You can just put the drivers side cover on w/o cutting anything, but then it looks like its on the side of the engine, not the top. After getting all the cutting taken car of, you have to find a way to mount it.

 

have you done it? got picks? There's no such thing as too much work in the custom fab world....
