What does everyone use to clean the engine bay without damaging the electronics.

spray with water
simple green
let it sit for 5 mins
tire brush with soap
old chamois/ or air to dry
dress with armor all

Leave off, do what he said, then if you want you can start your truck and close hood to help with the drying process.
