DRL's

Does anyone know how to disable the drl's on the 99Tahoe's? The dome light thing did'nt work and did'nt see a fuse for them.

click the e brake one notch. that is what I do on my wifes 99 Yukon.

Yea that's a PIA each time though, I wanted a more long term approach. My dad's 97 GMC truck stay's off but he bought it that way.

Just replace them with amber bulbs... that's what I did. Looks much better IMO.

Or maybe take the bulbs out, find a way to break the filaments, then put 'em back in.

if you could find the relay for them then you could put an inline switch.

if amber is orange then you can not do that because on those trucks the running lights were in the head lights.

I don't think they were in 99.... 97 Yes, but not 99

a 99 taho was the old body they did not have a new body till 2000.

i am 99% sure but i would not bet money on it.
