Default Detailing question

The paint on my truck is in really good condition. I really don't think I need to remove any of it but, I do want to make sure it's clean and protected. What "over the counter" product can I use to get good results that is safe?

Most local places to you should carry Meguires products which are pretty good products. A good detail would include a clay bar, polish/cleaner and then a sealer/protectant. I'd also suggest you look at a porter cable random orbital buffer to cut down work time.

Well I spent over 8 hours detailing my truck today using Meguires(sp?) products. I used a claybar, paint cleaner, polish, and carnuba wax. Needless to say I'm worn out. What do you think of the results:

Yep detailing always takes some time, but the shine is always worth it! looks great! I always like how smooth the paint is after a good claybar and wax
