Default Denali front end conversion, How much?

Hey guys

Those of you with Denali front ends how much did it cost to get the parts?

Just want to get an idea on how much it will be to convert over.

Thanks

John

It depends on how much hunting around for parts you're willing to do.
It cost me $1200, but I got a friend in the GM parts dept. Everything was brand new from the factory.
I've seen it for sale at jpcustoms, but they want some outrageous price, more than 2Gs.
I've only seen maybe one or two guys on the boards with this swap. One told me he hunted around for parts on ebay and got everything needed for $900. Not bad.
If you need the list of all the part numbers to do the swap, let me know.

Yeah, I'm definately not looking to buy it from jpcustoms.

If you could shoot me the part numbers that would be great. I know a guy that manages a body shop that might be able to get me a deal on the parts. Sometimes he's a little strange though and goes by the book, just have to catch him on a good day.

Just post the list up here that way everybody can see it.

Thanks man

Cool deal! I'll drop that list off to my buddy and find out HOW MUCH.

Trust me, you don't want to see pics of my truck right this minute. It needs a little TLC first.

no i havent tried the reflectors yet.i did on my gmc 99. i kinda think i am going to leave mine in. on the billet grill i used t-rex. now here we go. i got them from www.sporttrucking.com. they are nice since they fit in front of the grill instead of behind. but the paint or as they call it powder coat came off twice on both of them.i had to fight to get them replaced both times.that is why i painted them black and i am going to have a friend powder coat them since i di like them black.if i was going to do it again i would use trenz.
