Default Concrete on Paint!

My truck gets dirty *** hell while im at the jobsite and usually gets splashes of mud on the body andwhatnot. I went through the carwash on sat only to find that some of it wasent mud but concrete.

Any of you guys have any ideas of a saf way to remove it? Their just little splash marks, like if u were to go through a puddle of mud. Its on my paint and some on my rear window as well. Anyone have this happen to them?

ZEP makes a product. forget what its called, just for washing dried concrete from paint. My GF uses it on her work truck (yes, she drives a mixer) works well.
