how many coats did you apply before you wet sanded, and did you wetsand before clear then after as well?

I am looking through the other thread as i write this....

good job.what color is your top? Is it a really good match held up against the truck?

Three coats of color and three coats clear before wet sanding. First being very thin.

Top color is Dark Carmine Red. The match doesn't look right in the pictures, its the lighting.,but they are dang near perfect.

Night & day difference Roger. I not crazy bout some 2 tones, but yours does look good. What's w/ the non-GM around the corner in 1st pic?
Looks like it's detailed just in time for those clouds to roll in (see the other 2 pics ). That's how it usu. works for me too.

The Nissan Altima is the wifes car. She swore off GM after here last 2 GM cars left her stranded for various things. I took care to post pictures that hid my daily driver. It's parked behind the truck, you can see one mirror on it in one shot. A 1992 Toyota Tercel.

Was cloudy and looked like rain all day but it held off and made it to the show without having to go over it again.
