Default Chevy SC SWB Lowering ?

I have a 2003 sc swb chevy silverado on 20s and 285/50 -20 tires with 2'' drop shackles in th back. I want my truck to have the same ride hieght as the SS Silverado or maybe a tiny bit lower. How much did they lower the regular silverado to get to the SS SIlverado ride wieght. And how much would i have to lower my truck to be able to have it leveled out and at the same ride height as the SS Silverado.

they didn't lower them much. i bet with the 2" shackles you have now you're pretty close to the ride height of an SS. maybe someone with an SS can post up their fender measurements.

The most I have seen anyone lower a truck with 285/50/20s is a 2/4 drop. If I am not mistaken, the SS trucks were either a 1/3 or a 2/4 drop.

The SSS is about a 1/3 drop under stock.
