Default Center Console is finished!!!

Ive been working on this thing on and off for a few months and its finally done. I never have any time so I could only get in a little done at a time. I really liked the way it turned out. Love the floor shifter and the sub sounds great. Heres a few pics of the console. Its painted the same color as the putside of my truck.
Wat do you guys think?

Its a 60e. I just like the way ratchet shifters work a lot better than the ones up on the dash.

yea i do too but didnt know they could be adapted to work in the NBS 60e's

how much fabrication did you have to do for the shifter itself not the console

The NBS 60e tranny is still cable shifted. The shifter came with everything I needed. All I had to do is take off the shifter lever and cable out of the interior, drill a hole in the floor and run the cable directly to the tranny from the new shifter. I was very easy. The only thing I did to the shifter is put a four inch riser to make it a little taller so I wouldnt be reaching down too far. Also, I put a five speed cover up on the dash so there wouldnt be a hole where the old lever was.

The shifter is a B&M quicksilver shifter. The stuff on the seat belt recievers is some foam stripping just to be safe. They never touch the console, but I just wanted to be safe.
