this may not help you any since i havent taken a look at the mirrors really close but on my camaro i had to replace just the mirror part and it just unbolted out of the housing so you might could just buy the factory part and replace it

 

you could probably do it like ohohsilverado said but you would have to connect the wires for the lights to the blinker thingy

 

If it is available seprately does anyone have the part numbers?

Any Glass Shop Will Have Them, The Mirror Is Transparent Where The Signal Flashes, The Signal Element Is Not Part Of The Mirror

 

Street Inspired Kustoms is where I got mine. I think they were less than $130 shipped to my house. Connecting the signal lights is fairly simple too.
