can u swap a 1 03-04 front end on to something older

you can put it on 99-02 chevys bolts right just have to make a few changes with the front bumper. ive seen a 99 front on a 94 tahoe and it looks like crap it just dont line up right too much work to do. Full throttle put a new front end on a 02 tahoe
