how do you go about taking off the bumper cap on a 99+ sierra, i am planning on getting mine painted. thanks

 

Start at either the driver side or passenger side corner and pull away from the truck. It basically snaps on. I have taken mine off several times on my silverado with no damage and I've yanked on mine pretty hard.
